Bellamar is an attractive gated community of condominium homes, with a smoke free campus.
We are centrally located within a few miles of Fort Myers Beach, Bunche Beach and Sanibel beaches. Several major grocery stores are close by, as are restaurants, churches and five large shopping malls.
Some of our condominiums are two bedrooms, but most are three bedrooms with two baths. Parking spaces are assigned, some have a garage, and all have a screened lanai. All buildings are only two stories.

Enjoy your stay at Bellamar. Bellamar is a community of homes. We do not have apartment units. However, some owners will rent their homes. All rentals are handled by individual condominium owners, or their agents, as Bellamar does not have a rental office. Please remember that tenants are not allowed to have any pets or animals. Minimum rental period is one month.
